Planning For Everyone

Estate planning is not only for the ultra-wealthy - everybody can benefit from ensuring their assets and finances are properly taken care of after their death.

Wills or Trusts?

Learn what critical documents you need to ensure your wishes are honored.

Avoid Unnecessary Legal Fees

Without the proper planning in place, your family and your wealth may be exposed to expensive probate court fees that can be completely avoided with the proper planning.

Legal Safeguards

Avoid a court administered guardianship and make sure your family members or trusted friends have the legal rights to carry out your wishes.

Why we created this workshop:

Estate planning is for everybody, and everybody deserves to know what they need to do to protect their loved ones.

Without the right estate plan, friends and relatives can spend a lifetime (and their life savings) battling over your assets.

We understand that estate planning can be overwhelming, but it is one of the most loving things you can do to ensure that your family stays out of probate court and completely avoids unnecessary fights and drama.

During this educational workshop you will receive the valuable information you need in order to make an informed decision on how to set up your estate plan.

After our time together, you will leave with a feeling of empowerment having the knowledge that you can easily achieve the peace of mind that comes from knowing your family will be protected – and that your final wishes will be followed.

Seating is limited, so be sure to register today to reserve your spot!
